Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods such as launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping (Canada Only)

We currently ship within Canada only.

We offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee on all orders, regardless of location or order size within Canada.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Diaries of Her is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@diariesofher.ca, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Diaries of Her is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before your order is shipped.
