At Diaries of Her, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be requested for return within 14 days of delivery

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, odors, alterations, or any other signs of wear or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@diariesofher.ca with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was received.

Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos when reaching out.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Diaries of Her reserves the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet our return conditions.
